1. GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
The term “service product” refers to the writing services listed for sale from My Marketing Butler, including content, SEO of social media services and subscriptions.
1.2 About Service Products
You can review the various service products on mymarketingbutler.com. My Marketing Butler reserves the right to modify the content, parameters, type and availability of any of our service products at any time.

1.3 Processing Payment
My Marketing Butler will process your payment at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and Paypal. We use Stripe as our merchant vendor to process all payments made through mymarketingbutler.com. We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time.
If your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your purchase of service products will immediately be terminated.
All charges for service products that have been completed are nonrefundable (this also applies to service products that have been ordered and completed but have not yet been delivered).
When you purchase our service products, the price will be made clear during the ordering process in your shopping cart. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your order, as well as any applicable taxes or fees.
Discount eligibility is determined by volume ordered and is made known at the time of order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
My Marketing Butler reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time. If a price stated is determined by us in our sole discretion to be in error, we are not under any obligation to offer you the service products at that price. We will notify you of the error and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and obtain a refund if payment has already been made.
1.5 Unpaid Charges
If your payment method is invalid, the service product will automatically be terminated. You will remain responsible for all charges. You will also be responsible for all costs we incur in connection with the collection of unpaid amounts, including court costs, attorney’s fees, collection agency fees and any other associated costs.
We may provide promotions on the service products we offer. The specific terms of each promotion will be stated at the time the promotion is offered. We will not notify you in advance that a promotion is about to end.
1.7 Third Parties
If you have purchased your service products through a third party, these Terms of Sale may not apply to you. We are not liable to you for any claims related to purchases made through third parties – Please contact the third party directly.
If the deliverable is not acceptable because it does not meet your expectations, you will inform us within 7 days of delivery (168 hours). We agree to correct or revise the deliverable as soon as possible at no additional cost to you as long as the reasons for a revision are warranted via our revision policy (see revision policy below in Section 2.3).
2. BASIC REGULATIONS
Content created by Writer are considered works “made for hire,” According to the Copyright Law of the United States, and certain other copyright jurisdictions, if a work is “made for hire”, the Client, not the Writer, is considered the legal author. The Writer may or may not be publicly credited for their work. You shall maintain worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license for any content that you order and approve. For such content, the Writer grants and licenses to the Client the sole and exclusive right to publish, perform, display, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works and sell the delivered and approved content in any type of media, including but not limited to, print and/or online media and all electronic, online, or any other media throughout the world. We do not retain the rights of any exclusive content, nor do we resell/repost it to anyone else.
2.2 Appropriate Topics
While we cover a range of different subjects, industries, and products, we DO NOT write content about adult content, sex, or violence. If we find an issue with any of the keywords or topics that you have chosen, we will kindly ask you to find other keywords that fit within our guidelines. If that doesn’t work, we will happily offer you a full refund of your purchase.
My Marketing Butler has a 7 day (168 hour) auto-acceptance policy. If the deliverable is not acceptable because it does not meet your expectations, you will inform us within 7 days of delivery (168 hours). If you do not notify us within 168 hours of delivery regarding an issue with your content, the articles will be automatically deemed “acceptable”. There are no refunds available for accepted articles. If you notify us within 168 hours of delivery about an issue with your content, you agree to allow us at least 1 opportunity to correct or revise the deliverable as soon as possible at no additional cost to you as long as the reasons for a revision are warranted via our revision policy (see revision policy below).
2.4 Revision Policy
We do not offer unlimited revisions. If there are multiple spelling/grammar errors, or the article content is completely off-base from your initial instructions, we would be happy to revise and send you back a fixed version. We are, however, not responsible for poor instructions or unrealistic expectations. In the event that this happens, you will be asked to order again with better instructions. To be safe, always offer enough guidance in your article orders to give the writer a good idea of what you are looking for.
2.5 Content Liability
My Marketing Butler does not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or product represented on this site.
